Xiaomi launched the Red Mi Note and Red Mi Note 4G on Monday in partnership with Flipkart and Bharti Airtel – website and its 100 retail stores – in the first foray of the Chinese smartphone maker on the offline retail in India.
The Red Mi Note, a 5.5 inch HD device with a 2 GB Ram, with a 1.7 GHz octa core processor, dual sim will be available for Rs 8,999 across online and offline stores, limited to Airtel, starting December 2.
“It is what you expect from us, high specifications at the lowest price,” said Hugo Barra, head of international operations at Xiaomi.
The Red Mi Note 4G that runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon will be available from December 22 online for Rs 9,999, making it the lowest costing 4G phone in India.
