Stockholm-based startup Truecaller, which has the largest user base in India for its call-filtering, directory look-up, and caller ID app, has received a $60-million (Rs 368-crore) investment in a fresh round of funding.

The funding came from an investor group led by Atomico, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB), the Indian arm of Sequoia Capital, Insight Venture Partners co-founder Jerry Murdock and Truecaller chairman Stefan Lennhammer, they announced on Wednesday. This comes after their second round of investment worth $18 million just eight months ago in February, also led by Sequoia. Original post at ET Telecom
