SK Telecom signed collaboration agreements with Taiwan Mobile, Mongolia’s Skytel and Nokia Networks at this year’s Mobile World Congress.
The operator has signed an MOU with Taiwan Mobile agreeing to share its knowledge on LTE performance and customer experience management.
The two companies will also work to develop next-generation mobile network technologies and mobile services.
A separate agreement with Skytel will see SK Telecom provide consulting services for LTE network technologies and services. Mongolia’s LTE spectrum allocations are expected to take place this year, and Skytel aims to become an LTE market leader.
SK Telecom and Nokia networks have meanwhile signed an agreement to expand their collaboration on exporting network operational products and services to overseas markets. Original post at Telecom Asia
