iPass Inc. and Fon Technologies signed a strategic partnership to add 9 million hotpots to its global network. The agreement provides iPass with additional capacity to offer its enterprise customer, while discussions are going on to provide Fon customers with access to iPass. “We are pleased to partner with iPass in providing unlimited connectivity to its enterprise customers,” said Carleen Chou, Head of Business Development and Sales at Fon. “We are also very excited about working towards adding access to premium locations for members of our Fon community. We believe that our two companies have a very complementary set of customers and networks, and are working together to provide easy, ubiquitous and affordable Wi-Fi access to the world.” Read more
